Shipping is free for metro areas, with a flat rate of $79 for regional areas.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the order and your location but you can check the product page for estimates. You also get an updated delivery time estimate when you place an order, as well as tracking details.
What is Emma Sleep’s return policy?
Returns are free during the trial period and Emma Sleep has an online Return Portal you can use to start the process. After you submit the details, you will be contacted to arrange pick-up of the mattress or items. If you’re only returning smaller items, you can also simply contact Emma Sleep at [email protected].
