How do I redeem an Ecosa discount code?
Ecosa has made it easy to redeem a discount code as part of the checkout process. Just add the code in the “Apply coupon code” field (in the “Order review” section) and click “Apply”. Then your order details will be updated according to the valid discount offer.
Keep in mind that some Ecosa deals don’t need a code and are automatically applied. So you’ll only see a code when it’s needed for any of the deals we’ve selected.
Can I use more than one code on an order?
Ecosa does let you use multiple discount codes on an order, but it does depend on the promotional offer. So if you have more than one, check the terms and conditions or try adding the codes together to find out if it’s applicable for your order.
Can I get an Ecosa discount code for my first order?
If you sign up for Ecosa’s mailing list before placing your order, you can get 20 per cent off sitewide. But this isn’t technically specific to your first order, as it’s part of a promotion for every member of their email list.

How often does Ecosa have sales?
Ecosa has sales throughout the year, including for Black Friday, Boxing Day and Click Frenzy sales. For example, last year Ecosa offered a generous 35 per cent off sitewide for Boxing Day.
Delivery, returns and payment
Does Ecosa offer free shipping?
You can get free shipping to metro areas and many regional centres. But the Ecosa website also notes that there is a $175 delivery charge to some regional areas. So it’s worth entering your postcode on the site to get an estimate.
When we checked, most locations offered free shipping – including all capital cities and even small remote and regional towns such as Cootamundra in New South Wales and Marysville in Victoria. We also found one location in Tasmania, Cape Barren Island, where delivery was not available but didn’t find any with a fee.
How long does delivery take?
You usually get next-day delivery for mattresses and other furniture if you’re in a metro area but it could take up to seven days for non-metro areas. Pillows, bedding and other small items usually take two to seven days. If you want your order sooner, you may be able to select same-day delivery for a $50 fee. This is available for most metro orders placed before 11:30am.
You can also get an estimated delivery timeframe by entering your location on the product or order page. Then, after your order is placed, details of when it will arrive.
What is the return policy?
Ecosa offers a 100-night trial period for mattresses, pillows and sofa beds. So if you decide it’s not right, you can return it for free via courier for a full refund. What’s more, Ecosa donates returned mattresses and pillows to families in need through a partnership with The Salvation Army.
Unfortunately, Ecosa doesn’t offer change of mind returns for items not covered by the trial, such as bedding. But if an item is damaged or faulty, contact Ecosa to discuss your options as you may be entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law.
