But to give you some idea of the potential costs, large furniture deliveries start from $129, small furniture deliveries start from $69 and homeware deliveries start from $15.95.
Can I click and collect at Freedom?
Yes! Freedom offers free click and collect for homewares and free click and collect from their network of warehouses for larger items. When it’s available, you can choose this option at the checkout to save on delivery fees. Just remember to check the measurements if you’re picking up larger furniture to make sure it will fit in your car, trailer or other vehicle.
How long does delivery take?

What is Freedom’s return policy?
You can return eligible homeware items within 30 days of delivery or collection for online orders (or 30 days from purchase in-store). The items need to be unopened and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
You also have a longer, 60-day change of mind period if you’re a myFreedom member. But keep in mind that you need to pay for shipping costs for any returns that can’t be made at a store.
Freedom and Sealy co-branded mattresses also have a 120 Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee. This means you can return a mattress within the first 120 if it’s not right for you.
For other items, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repairs under Australian Consumer Law. For example, if an item is damaged on arrival or faulty.
