How do I redeem a Freedom promo code?
After choosing items on the Freedom website, go to the order summary page, select “Apply Promo” and enter the code. Then, use the “Apply” button to confirm the details and your order will be updated based on the relevant offer.
It’s also worth keeping in mind that many Freedom deals are automatically applied to your order. So you won’t always need a code, and the deals we select only list one when it’s required.

How often does Freedom have sales?

The myFreedom membership program is one of the main ways to save at Freedom. It’s free to join, and members get a $50 myFreedom Reward Voucher for every $1500 spent with the store. Other benefits include:

- VIP access to events and member-exclusive promotions
If you’re working with a professional designer or consultant (or you are one), Freedom Trade is another potential way to save. This free program requires an ABN to register and offers benefits including an always-on 15% off and 5% off clearance pricing, as well as early-bird access to promotions and exclusive trade events.
Delivery, returns and payment
Does Freedom offer free shipping?
Freedom only offers free homewares deliveries for myFreedom members on orders over $149 in metro areas.
Fees typically apply for all other deliveries and the exact amount is calculated at the checkout. But to give you some idea of the potential costs, furniture deliveries start from $69 for small items and from $129 for large items, with homeware deliveries from $15.95.
Click and collect for homewares
If you want to save on delivery costs, you can also choose to click and collect homewares for free at your nearest Freedom store.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on stock availability and your location. But you can get an estimated timeframe by entering your postcode on a product page.
What is Freedom’s return policy?
You can return eligible homeware items within 30 days of delivery or collection for online orders (or 30 days from purchase in-store). The items need to be unopened and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
You also have a longer, 60-day change of mind period if you’re a myFreedom member. But keep in mind that you need to pay for shipping costs for any returns that can’t be made at a store.
Freedom and Sealy co-branded mattresses also have a 120 Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee. This means you can return a mattress within the first 120 if it’s not right for you.
For other items, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repairs under Australian Consumer Law. For example, if an item is damaged on arrival or faulty.
