How do I redeem an Eva discount code?
You can add your Eva discount code to your order at the checkout online in a few simple steps:
- Get a valid code: Choose any of the verified offers here and click on it to reveal the code, which you can also click to copy. We personally test every code and verify each offer, so you can view key details when you choose one too.
- Go to the website: To make it easy, we’ll open a new window that takes you to the relevant category or section on Eva. From there, you can add what you want to cart, then click through to the checkout when you’re ready.
- Open the order summary: At the checkout, click on ‘Order summary’ to expand this section, which has details of your items as well as a field for discount codes and gift cards.
- Add your code: Paste or enter the code where it says ‘Discount code or gift card’, then click ‘Apply’ to update your order.
- Finalise your order: Enter your delivery and payment details, review the total (including your discount) and then click ‘Pay now’.

Why is my Eva coupon code not working?
Some of the most common reasons a code won’t apply include when it’s been entered incorrectly, the order doesn’t qualify or the code has expired. Fortunately, there are easy fixes for some of these issues. So here’s what to do next:
- Copy and add the code again: Make sure the code is entered exactly as it’s printed, including any capitalisation for letters. Also check there are no extra spaces after the code, or other characters.
- Review your order value: Some Eva discount codes have a minimum order value you need to meet before the code will apply, so it could simply be that you haven’t quite reached that threshold.
- Check the items qualify: This is important if the discount is only for a specific category or product. For example, Eva currently has a discount code for $100 off the Eva Comfort Classic Mattress, which only applies to those mattresses. I tested this in a cart with other items and was able to add the code, with the discount only applying to that mattress.
- Check if there are other discounts: Eva discount codes usually can’t be used on sale or bundle items that already offer a discount.
- Confirm if the code is valid: Most Eva discount codes only last for a limited time, with details listed in the terms and conditions. How often does Eva have sales?
Eva has sales throughout the year, including the occasional flash sale (as we saw in February 2025). But you can often find some of the biggest deals during the Black Friday and Boxing Day sales period. For example, Eva’s Boxing Day sale in 2024 offered savings of up to $375 off select products.

Delivery, returns and payment
Does Eva offer free shipping?
You can get free weekday delivery in most metro areas of Australia, but it does depend on the delivery partner and zone. For example, if you’re in a metro area with limited delivery services, a $129 delivery fee may apply. Regional deliveries also start from $129, while weekend delivery starts from $89 in metro areas when it’s available.

How long does delivery take?
Most products will be delivered on the next serviced business day if you’re in a metro area. You can also choose a delivery date up to three months in advance – which could be helpful if you’re renovating and want to order furniture for the space.
You will get an estimated delivery timeframe when you order through the Eva website.
What is Eva’s return policy?
Returns are designed to be simple and there are different policies depending on what you buy.
- Mattresses: Eva offers a 100-night trial period on mattresses, starting from when you receive it. This means you can return it for a full refund during the first 100 days, but you do need allow at least 30 days to adjust to the mattress. Eva covers the cost of returns in metro areas and helps organise the donation of your mattress or an alternative in regional areas.
- Furniture: For sofa beds, sofas and other furniture, you have 60 days from delivery for returns. If you’re in a metro area, Eva will organise and cover return costs, but for regional returns you will be responsible for costs.
- Homeware and accessories: You have 30 days to return homeware and accessories such as cushions and fabric covers that still have their original packaging. It’s also free to return these items from metro, regional and rural locations.
