Bagsmart FAQs: Delivery, returns and more
How much is delivery with Bagsmart?
Bagsmart charges $15 for deliveries under the $60 free shipping threshold. There is also a $50 luggage delivery fee for select regional and remote area postcodes, including Elizabeth and French Island in Victoria and Warburton in WA’s Goldfields-Esperance region. When I checked, all the select postcodes were in Victoria and WA.
If a shipping fee applies, you’ll see details at the checkout. But you can also view the shipping policy for a list of postcodes where the luggage delivery fee applies, as well as areas outside of Bagsmart’s delivery network.
Where does Bagsmart ship from?
Bagsmart orders in Australia are sent from the brand’s warehouse in Sydney and have an average delivery time of 3-4 days across Australia. But it does depend on where you live, with orders closer to Sydney taking less time. The longest delivery timeframes are to the NT, which can take up to 9 business days. So if you’re ordering new luggage or anything else with a particular deadline in mind, keep these timeframes in mind.
What is Bagsmart’s return policy?
Bagsmart accepts change-of-mind returns if your items are unused and in their original condition with all tags, accessories, documentation and any other elements attached. You’re responsible for the return delivery fee, and can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery for most items. But for luggage, you have up to 100 days to request a return if your items meet the original condition requirements.

Does Bagsmart offer a warranty?
Bagsmart offers a lifetime warranty on its luggage range, with cover including:
- Cracks or breaks in the shell
- Broken wheels or handles
- Broken zippers
Note that the policy doesn’t mention repairs to wheels, excludes cosmetic damage and also general wear and tear.

How do I make a warranty claim?
To request cover under the warranty, contact Bagsmart on auservice@bagsmart.com with details of the issue. For most claims, Bagsmart will either send you parts and instructions to replace the component, or a replacement bag. You can also check the Product Guarantee details on the Bagsmart website.
