The Wine Collective only allows you to add one voucher or code to an order, and you can’t stack codes with reward points either. So if you have a few discounts available, consider choosing the one that offers the biggest saving or the one that expires first, and save the others for your future orders.
Which is better: The 10% exclusive discount code or The Wine Collective’s $20 welcome discount?
In terms of value, the $20 welcome discount offers a bigger discount on orders between $150 and $199, while the 10% discount offers greater savings on orders above $200. (Both offer the same value for an order of exactly $200).
But the 10% discount has another advantage: no minimum order value. So if you find a wine or box that’s less than $150, you can still use this discount code to save.

The Wine Collective offers more ways to get discounts and extra value to members of the My Collective Rewards program, which is free and easy to join by creating an account on the site. It took me a few minutes to sign up, and I was instantly rewarded with 5000 bonus points. That’s enough to save $10 on an order at The Wine Collective, and new members have 30 days to redeem them.
On top of that, The Wine Collective offers a $20 discount in points for your second purchase. So after placing that first order, you’ll find another 10,000 points in your account.

The points you earn for every $1 spent expire 12 months after your last purchase with The Wine Collective.
But the 5000 bonus points for new members expire 30 days after you join. Other bonus points may have different expiry periods, too. So if you earn points through a member promotion, friend referral or order review, check the fine print or ask The Wine Collective if a separate expiry period applies.

- Order reviews: Once you’ve made an order, keep an eye out for email invitations to leave a review that earns you 1000 points. That’s equivalent to $2 value in rewards, based on the minimum 2500 points needed for a $5 discount.

How much is delivery with The Wine Collective?
The Wine Collective offers free delivery on orders over $299 to most parts of Australia, or on orders over $199 if you’re a Gold member of the rewards program. Free delivery isn’t available to country WA. The Wine Collective also doesn’t currently offer delivery to the NT, Christmas Island, Cocos & Keeling Island or Lord Howe Island.
Beyond free delivery, the fees are calculated based on your delivery region (labelled as ‘zones’) and order value. Here’s a snapshot of fees for orders:

How long does delivery take?
Allow 2-10 business days after dispatch for your wine to arrive at your door via Australia Post. It’s worth noting The Wine Collective typically dispatch orders within 1-3 days, and they’re shipped from the brand’s Sydney warehouse. So orders to addresses in or near Sydney are likely to arrive sooner, and those further away may take longer.
Does The Wine Collective offer returns?
The Wine Collective allows order changes and returns within 14 days if you change your mind, but you’ll be responsible for delivery fees.
If you’ve ordered a box of one type of wine and don’t like it after tasting it, you can also contact The Wine Collective within 90 days to organise a return for the rest of the box. Just keep in mind that instead of a refund, you’ll be issued with a store credit in the form of reward points (which expire after 12 months).
