How do I use an Ecoya discount code?
Ecoya has made it easy to add a discount code to your order during the checkout process, with a “Discount code or gift card” field. So you simply put the code there, click on “Apply” and your order will be updated according to the valid discount offer.
Keep in mind that some Ecoya discounts don’t need a code and are automatically applied. So you’ll only see a code when it’s needed for any of the deals we’ve selected here.
Can I use an Ecoya discount code and a gift card?
While this would be a nice way to shop and save, unfortunately you can’t use promotional codes or loyalty rewards if you’re paying with a gift card. So if you’re trying to choose between them, check the expiry of the discount code and Ecoya gift card. In our experience, gift cards typically last longer than other promotions, but it’s always a good idea to check first.

Does Ecoya have a loyalty program?
Yes! In fact, Club Ecoya is one of the easiest ways to save outside of other discount codes and deals. It’s free to join and members earn 2 points for every $1 spent on the Ecoya website, which you can redeem for discounts at the checkout or free gifts. For example, with 100 points you could get a $5 voucher to put towards your next purchase. And with 200 points you could choose between a $10 voucher or a gift (which was the Guava & Lychee Sorbet Car Diffuser when we checked). The more points you have to redeem, the larger the voucher or gift.

Other ways to save
- Bundles: From gifts to travel kits and sets for different spaces in your home, Ecoya offers a range of different bundles that can save you money compared to buying each item separately. To give you an idea, we found a laundry day bundle reduced from $69.90 to $54.95 – which is a saving of $14.95 or around 21% off.
- Refills: If you’ve bought a diffuser, hand wash or something else that has just the right scent, you can buy the refill to get better value for money. For example, it’s $29.95 for a 450ml bottle of Ecoya’s Sweet Pea & Jasmine hand and body wash, which works out to $6.66 per 100ml (rounded to the nearest whole cent). A 1-litre refill, in comparison, costs $34.95 or around $3.49 per 100ml (to the nearest cent).
Does Ecoya have sales?
Yes, but unlike a lot of websites, there’s no dedicated sales section in the navigation. Instead, you’ll find items labelled when they’re on sale, along with strikethrough text to indicate the price difference.
You’ll also find Ecoya candles and other products sometimes go on sale with stockists, such as Myer, David Jones and Freedom. So checking these stockists during their major sale periods is another way you may be able to save on Ecoya products.
Delivery, returns and payment
Does Ecoya offer free shipping?
You can get free shipping for orders over $100, so it’s often a good idea to wait until you need to stock up or update a few fragrances at a time. Otherwise, there is a flat rate of $12.95 on all orders in Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Ecoya aims to pack and ship orders within 7 business days, and you’ll get a tracking number when it’s shipped. After that, it typically takes between 2-9 business days to arrive, with metro areas typically arriving more quickly.
What is the return policy?
If you change your mind after getting your order, you have 30 days to return your purchase as long as it’s unused and it the original packaging. Unfortunately, you’re responsible for return shipping, including the costs. Any refunds will be for the item itself, so keep that in mind if you have used an Ecoya discount code or paid for shipping.
